When i asked for a Velcro strap to be thrown in, although I was initially told the mark-up to be too little to allow this we had a joke about my haggling and the sales person (obviously in a good mood) granted my request. I do get the feeling that they are asked all the time and would imagine it a great marketing move for the company to throw one in as a bonus. Especially if you are ordering two watches or more. I called today to order a 3rd, the titanium predator, and mistakenly asked if they could throw in a velcro band for free since i dumped 1800+ dollars in 2 days. they said, without hesitation, "NO", So I said without hesitation, "NO", cancel my current order. nice watch but the company and leadership or "management" need some fine tuning IMHO. i will send the business of my squadron elswere from now on. I just ordered 2 watches from you and received them today.
